Customized printing refers to the process of creating personalized or bespoke prints on various items, such as clothing (T-shirts, hoodies), accessories (mugs, caps), stationery, or promotional materials. The design, text, or artwork is tailored specifically to the customer’s preferences, allowing for unique, one-of-a-kind products. - Direct-to-Garment (DTG): Print the design directly onto the garment using a specialized printer.
- Heat Transfer Printing: Print the design onto transfer paper, which is then heat-pressed onto the item.
- Sublimation Printing: Print onto transfer paper and use heat to bond the dye to polyester or coated materials.
- Application: Apply the design using the chosen method, ensuring precision and alignment.
- Curing/Drying: Allow the print to set, which may involve heat curing or air drying.
Inspect the final product for accuracy, color quality, and design placement.
Package and ship the finished products to the customer.
